Amenities

Yates Field House

Yates Field House is Georgetown University’s fitness and recreation facility, housing multiple fitness spaces including basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball and squash courts, an indoor pool, and an extensive fitness floor equipped with cardio and weight training machines. Attendees of all pre-approved conferences and summer programs will have access to Yates Field House for the duration of the program (must present a photo ID for access). If you are on campus for the summer and are unsure about Yates Field House access, contact Summer Conference Housing at conferencehousing@georgetown.edu. Please familiarize yourself with the Yates Field House Summer Program Guidelines before your visit.

Laundry

Conference guests with CVC cards do not have access to laundry services unless a Laundry Card is purchased from an on-campus Deposit Station. Deposit stations take cash only and become a way to utilize are residential laundry machines. Any questions on this process can be directed to the GOCard Office at 202-687-2700. Deposit stations can be found in two locations on campus:

  1. Leavey Center, in the hallway leading to Starbucks.
  2. Lauinger Library, 3rd floor.

Summer guests who were issued a GOCard can utilize it to pay for laundry. They must visit the GOCard website to add dollars to their account to be used for laundry.
